MANAGEMENT:
Calcium channel blockers and Nitrates - Mainly Medical Management
surgery- Esophagomyotomy done for reserved cases not responding to medical management
- It is DISTAL ESOPHAGEAL SPASM
- It is a condition characterized by uncoordinated contractions of esophagus which leads to spasm of esophagus that cause ISCHAEMIA
CLINICAL FEATURES:
- Chest pain
- Dysphagia
