clinical feature:
- diarrhoea
- steatorrhoea
- weight loss/malnutrition
- fatigue
- vitamin B12 deficiency
diagnosis
biopsy:
A = NORMAL , B = TROPICAL SPRUE
- villous atrophy
- crypt hyperplasia
- lamina propria infiltration
- vacuolar degeneration of surface epithelium
serology -ve
treatment
- antibiotics(TETRACYCLINE)
FOLIC ACID
